Join the fabulous female musicians of Chicago Phil Chamber as they perform pieces by today’s women composers, including Jesse Montgomery, Caroline Shaw, Jennifer Higdon, and Gabriela Lena Frank. Each piece represents the music of a variety of world cultures and explores themes of world music, folk music, and the traditions of Western classical music in a fresh and accessible way.
