PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
The Chicago Philharmonic is seeking a part-time Production Assistant to support concert and event logistics, including set-up, tear-down, and coordination of audio, video, and lighting needs. The role involves assisting with production plans, addressing musician requests, and liaising with guest artists, requiring flexibility to work irregular hours and physical tasks. Applicants should have relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Founded by musicians of the Lyric Opera Orchestra in 1979, The Chicago Philharmonic Society is a collaboration of over 250 of the highest-level classical musicians in the Midwest. Our orchestra, known as the Chicago Philharmonic, has been called one of the country’s finest symphonic orchestras, and our unique chamber music ensembles perform as Chicago Phil Chamber.
